From the CAN Bus the adapter reads: switched +12V & dashboard illumination, speed pulse and reverse. Each radio brand uses a certain system for data exchange.
Together with the interface we supply an universal radio connector lead (014.500-0), which suits most of the popular aftermarket radios.
If the factory head unit will be exchanged to an aftermarket head unit the following functions need to be replaced with the interface:
access to the bordcomputer & peep signal for the parking sensors.
ATTENTION: the beep signals are only for REAR parking sensors available. Access to the trip computer has to be managed by a button combination.
